“All personnel was extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Ed Khoury, was very professional and smart, immediately identifying something wrong , explained it and prescribed medication and also did full evaluation, effective and efficiently, answered my question and concerns and I left with knowing everything is good and was at ease. Really happy I found this practice, as I have been to a few in New York, and felt most comfortable here.”

During my recent prenatal visit, I encountered several concerning issues that significantly impacted my experience.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff exhibited rudeness and became increasingly agitated after I repeatedly entered my personal information into their device, which malfunctioned.
Furthermore, the handwashing facilities in both the doctor’s office and restroom were inoperable, leaving only one functional sink in the hallway. Additionally, the premises appeared unclean, and after undergoing the ultrasound and examination, I was not provided with any cleaning supplies to attend to myself.
The lack of privacy was also evident when the staff requested that I undress for the examination. However, no covering material was offered, and the office temperature was uncomfortably low.
These experiences have made this my most unpleasant medical visit, and I have resolved to refrain from returning to the facility in the future.
