My experience with Dr. Forti was wonderful! I plan to stay with her and use her in the future. However, as a first time client at the office, the reception experience was not great. They were not very welcoming, and they seemed confused when I told them I had filled out my paperwork via ZocDocs. I had to re-fill out all the same paperwork that I had done before. When the assistant brought me back, she asked me all the medical history stuff and I then told her I filled out all the forms. She had no idea what ZocDocs was and said no paperwork was received. Not a huge deal because my history isn't extensive, but I could see this being an issue for someone spending lots of time filling out the forms.

This was my first OB-GYN appointment and I felt extremely comfortable and informed during the process. Dr. Forti is incredibly personable, professional, thorough, and willing to talk through any questions or options. The clinic itself is inviting and the staff is also very welcoming and timely. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend.
