Timothy Noonan, M.D. was born in Virginia and subsequently raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Notre Dame. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency training in Orthopedic Surgery at Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Noonan completed his fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Foot and Ankle Surgery at the The Foundation for Orthopaedic, Athletic and Reconstructive Research (FOARR) in Houston. During his fellowship, he served as an Orthopedic Consultant to Rice University. Dr. Noonan specializes in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery of the Shoulder, Knee and Ankle. He is currently involved in local area High Schools athletic programs.
Dr. Noonan and his two children reside in and are involved in the communities of Katy, Texas. Staying active is a philosophy of the Noonans, and Dr. Noonan brings that focus to his patients.

I don't care for his nurses. They are very snotty and stand around gossiping. However, I love his PA and Dr. Noonan listens, is empathetic and not quick to throw pills at you. He wants to diagnosis and solve your problems. His treatment plan for me is awesome!!
