“When I first arrived, there was no one sitting at the front desk. I rang the bell per paper instructions and after about 5 minutes after ringing the bell, someone came up and told me to check -in the kiosk and if I have any problems to ring the bell again. The kiosk would not allow me to check in so I waited another 5 minutes for the same person to show up after ringing the bell again. She instructed me to take a seat and never asked for my insurance information. Next day, I received a high bill stating I was "un insured" because they submitted a claim with my old insurance they had on file that of course was rejected. I then had to call and wait on hold for a long time to give my new insurance information so they could re submit the claim. This could have all been avoided if she had verified my insurance then and there during my appointment. I did not wait a long time to be seen, and the provider I was seen by was very professional and great. I waited much longer just to check in. ”

The clinic was too difficult to get to from the parking lot.
I had to take the elevator down a floor, walk a ways to get on another elevator to go back up to the 4th floor.
I had to do the same after I saw the doctor to get to my car.
Someone said this place is like a maze.

The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and communicated well. When I booked my appointment it does not let you know who you’re going to see. I arrived early for my appointment (40 minutes). Two other people arrived after me. They went in first since their appointment was at 2:15 and my appointment was at 2:30 and I finally went in at 2:50. The nurse practitioner provided excellent service.
