She is very nice and personable, but the wait time is so long.
Doctor seemed in a rush. Didn’t feel that I was given much thoroughness. Came in for a bloating issue but was told there was not much other than testing what was bloating me on my own. Was hoping for more medical guidance.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment as directed and there was no one to check in with. Several employees walked in and didn’t even greet me or the other patient in the room. Finally I checked in thinking I was the first patient of the day and i had to wait 30 minutes to be brought back. The doctor was a bit dry. She laughed when I told her I had seen a different GI for an endoscopy and said I should have stayed with them. Overall, she didn’t have anything earth shattering to tell me, but ordered some lab work, so we’ll see. I hope I don’t have to go there often. I will say that the medical assistant who took my vitals was super kind and sweet.
Verified patient
Dismissive and invalidating of concerns.

The doc is fine but the staffs are extremely incompetent. 1, My appointment was the first one in the day and somehow I still waited for more than an hour. 2, The front desk staff forgot to document my ID & insurance card. I even offered and he said “no need we got everything”. Later, when I was finally checked by the nurse after waiting half an hour outside, the same front desk staff called me out to verify my info again, and during the process showed me another patient’s info (including her SSN) because he though it’s me... Then I had to go back and wait for the nurse AGAIN... 3, The nurse practitioner asked twice if I’m taking Adderall, and twice I said NO. Yet it’s still listed in my after-visit summary. I mean it was only 9am so how could he mess up so much? They are all very nice though. Just also incompetent.

Waited a long time for the doctor to see me and then felt rushed when she did. Did not feel she was very thorough in my exam. Felt rushed by the nurse as well when explaining the colonoscopy prep. I did not leave the office with a high-level of confidence.
