The staff are really nice. They are also very clean and sanitary with their equipment. The place has been expanded since my last visit. They had me ready to go in less than an hour. Very very great service :)

From the moment you walk into Buena Vista Optical, you know you're in good hands. They greet you with a big smile and hello/hola (they're bi-lingual). The front desk is very professional and they acknowledge you right away. The wait time is very minimal and you're taken care of right away. The doctor is very informative and professional. They explain what tests you are going to have and explain why. When they review the results, they are very patient and explain in a way everyone can understand. The assistants are very friendly and engage you in small talk to help you relax. Everyone at the office is dressed professional and they're are plenty of employees that can help you. Their selection of new and engaging eye wear and accessories are quite impressive. I was really impressed to see so many brands and styles, including work glasses and glasses for athletes.
They accept almost every insurance plan and also offer a way for people without insurance to pay. This company works with everyone to ensure you and your eye glass needs are taken care of. I could NOT be more happy with my experience with Dr. Sims, and he employees. I highly recommend Buena Vista Optical!

My eyes have been in the care of Dr. Sims since 1998. As well as my daughter's eyes since she was born. Not all doctors are good with children. He is wonderful. He also carries Elite frames like Christian Dior & Gucci which is a plus.

I was told by another Optometrist that I would never be able to see 20/20 with my high prescription. Dr. Sims not only was able to correct my vision to 20/20 but also answered some dificult questions I had asked other doctors that just gave me the run around.

the staff was nice and friendly, they had a wide selection of frames. the doctor himself was very professional he also explained everything to me. i was very happy with my visit will definetely be back next year
