Dr. Wien has enjoyed practicing family medicine in Plano since 1991. He attended Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, where he received a BS in Chemistry, magna cum laude. He went to medical school at the University of Virginia, graduating in 1984. He then served seven years in the US Army as a doctor, including three years in Germany. He enjoys treating patients in a holistic way, assessing their needs medically and even spiritually. His favorite sport is downhill skiing. Dr. Wien has been married since 1985 and has a son and a daughter. He has been an active member of Grace Presbyterian Church since 1994, and has done several medical mission trips.
