The office was very pleasant, clean, and modern. The front desk staff was very nice. Dr. Moon was very thorough and had excellent bedside manner. There was a bit of a wait before seeing him in the waiting room which he apologized for the minute he saw me. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

He was very good in treating my ear and explained to me well. I am happy with the doctor, but the receptionists were not friendly at all. Wait time was about 20 minutes although it did not seem to be busy at that time.

Great! Took a long time to see him because of computer issues at the front desk. So he doesn't get the blame. But he was straight forward to the point. Great visit. And I'm sure its gonna be a great surgery.

Excellent.....secretaries friendly and helpful. I got instant relief from an ear wash, removing a ton of wax from my infected ear. Dr. Moon was all business, professional, and talented. Will definitely return as a patient and recommend him to all my friends and family !

It was a relatively simple visit, and he was able to solve my problem fortunately. He is not super personable, but he wasn't rude in any way. Just an understated personality he gets down to business. I will definitely be using him in the future. Office staff was very polite and helpful also.
