“Dr. Olga was quick and efficient- for my ear wax cleaning, it took less than 5 minutes- in and out- ear wax was sucked out and she performed multiple tests afterwards to ensure i could hear clearly- I have a history of bilateral impacted cerumen and was nervous before the appointment but she was in and out and ear wax buildup was gone like that!

Dr. Havrachynska was a pleasure! She addressed my concerns very politely and with confidence. It was a relaxed but professional environment and was a great first time with an ENT.
I did have to wait around 40 minutes to be seen, which was a bit unpleasant considering I was one of three people waiting. Regardless, it was a smooth visit and I would recommend.

Hands down the best medical care I have ever received. I've been trying to get to the root of my chronic sinus infections for years and been brushed off with one-off treatments. Dr. Olga actually listened and recommended several options to figure out what's going on, including seeing an allergist, who I was able to see directly after at the same center (Century Medical) and was equally kind and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Dr. Olga, along with her colleague Dr. Avanessov, highly enough.

Dr. Olga is the sweetest! Warm and extremely kind and knowledgeable! When my last doctor said there wasn’t anything they could do about my ear being clogged with water, she and her assistant proved her wrong by getting it out! You can tell she actually cared about my wellbeing and wanted me to do better. I arrived late but still was treated like a person with much respect. I am so thankful that I went here!
