on one hand i appreciated that dr nishal took the time to explain things and to do just in case procedures like an ultrasound for the iud. on the other hand I was not aware that although they took my insurance they were out of network so i got charged coinsurance for things that should have been free including all the additional procedures that were her "just being sure." then the IUD insertion was extremely painful and they admitted to not scheduling me in a way with my period where it would have been less painful. they're nice but not for me.

The office is very nice! I actually had come in late, due to a misunderstanding of appointment time (my mistake, not the office's) but they were still able to accommodate me. The doctor was able to be clear about any concerns she had about me and it made me comfortable talking to her about any questions I had as a result. This helped a lot as it was my first visit to an OB-GYN. I would definitely recommend to future patients.

I saw Anant Nischal, not Dr Otway. That being said, my visit was excellent. The office staff was wonderful and Dr Nischal went above and beyond, what I was expecting. She took her time, to find out my medical history, my concerns and made me feel very comfortable,before my exam. I never felt rushed, as I have at other doctors offices. I would highly recommend, this office.

My visit was with Dr. Nischal and she was great! This was my first OB-GYN appointment ever and she made feel comfortable and informed the whole time. I needed to get blood work done and they did it right there on sight. I get kind of feint during blood work and they took extra precautions to make sure that I was okay the whole time. I would recommend this doctor and office to others!

After reading good reviews about Dr. Toni Otway I made this booking, instead it was another doctor who saw me. The doctor's office didn't mention it when I called them to confirm the appointment or no mention about it on Zocdoc. The wait time was over one hour. But she was good to talk. Although it's mentioned as an OB-GYN appointment, this doctor only deals with gynecological problems not obstetrics as told by the nurse who took my vitals.
