Dr. Desai is a board certified Internist and Geriatrician. Dr. Desai is dedicated to patient care and a long-term healthy lifestyle. She grew up in the small town of Point Pleasant, WV and has drawn upon experiences from training all over the country including areas near Miami, New York, Detroit, and Charlotte. She has always loved the city but also loves the small town she grew up in. Her father, Dr. Mahendra Shah, a retired Internist and Geriatrician, practiced over 30 years in Point Pleasant and it has been her dream to bring that “small town” personal touch to Atlanta. She has called Atlanta her home since 2013 and is very happy to be able to give back to the community here.
