I definitely would go back because the medical staff are great. However, the woman behind the desk was annoyed with me because I didn't have my updated insurance card. I had to ask her to look it up in the computer and that did not make her happy. Eye contact was minimal. After my visit she acted like a different person and said Bye, have a great day! My 16 year old daughter was with me and she felt the same way.

I used the pad to check in . It caused me to spend 10 minutes updating my file. When finished and went to the checkin desk the attendant said “ oh we don’t use those anymore”- ugh! If not using why are they there.

Tracy listened to my concerns, checked each concern, ones that needed immediate attention were dealt with, each issues was explained to me as to what it was and told if it was anything that needed attention. Tracy was very upbeat and friendly during our time together but she kept things moving in a timely manner. Follow-up was scheduled for one issue so she is on top of that also. Appointment was behind schedule but Tracy's care was worth waiting for.

The last couple times I have been to this office, I have not been very happy so this was my last. I waited for 45 min to get called back and then another 30 in exam room. The PA came in, I told her about my concern, she looked at it for 15 seconds and said I'm not concerned. And she left. I was with her for about 45 seconds total.
