Great visit! Doctor actually listens to you and helps you instead of prescribing medication. They are looking for long term solutions not band aids and drugs.

Dr. Pico listened before making any suggestions and seemed genuinely interested in addressing my concerns.

The front desk was disrespectful over paperwork that was filled out through zocdoc prior - They tried to tell me it wasn't valid they dont use their forms etc - and made me fill out new forms which took another 20 minutes after already filling them out online - then zocdoc called and said it shouldnt have went down that way - so finally what I went there for basically i had to make another appt to get done - I have mri's for days yet they want you to pay for another just for their office - all in all I went there for a trigger point injection and was told i had to make another appt to come back for that - when basically I paid co-pay today for absolutely nothing and have to come back and pay again to get done what should have gotten done today

Looked at me suspiciously. Instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt while they obtained my history, they simply did nothing and sent me on my way--would let me know once they had sufficient medical history. They made me feel like I was a criminal, drug-seeking thug. Said they knew my previous pain doc. Called my previous pain doc after the appointment requesting that they call and verify my information--will be sending records at least to vindicate what I was saying. Terrible, terrible performance from physician.

Horrible! Uncaring! Money Hungry. !
Verified patient
Very impressed, the whole staff made me feel comfortable and when I left I felt as if they were truly concerned with what was best for me rather than doing what would make them the most money. I'm looking forward to working with them to get relief from fibromyalgia.

Liked the Dr. very much
Very thorough and listened to my specific needs. Very happy with the time they all spent with me and the multiple options that were available to work on fixing my pain.
Verified patient
Very informative really a great person and as well as all of the nurses. He went into alot of detail about my situation and very pleased. I am seeing him again on Friday the 15th.

Dr Chance saw in the office in less than 30 minutes. She showed true concern about my pain. Dr Pico perform my Epidural @the surgery center. Did not meet. I was treated between 30 and 60 after I arrived. The assisting staff was great.
Verified patient
A little rushed but understand why as it seems to be a very popular place and I left having some questions that I wish I could have asked.
I was very satisfied.
The nurse PA was not very pleasant or friendly. She might be the main reason I do not go back. He was not terribly understanding of someone suffering from chronic pain and how frustrating doing the same tests or procedures with every new doctor is
Very informative and to the point
