I reserved the available 12pm slot online 3 hours before but was then told my appointment would be for 1:30pm. I had to call 50 minutes before since i never got a confirmation. Why allow me to reserve a time and not confirm me. Had i not called i would’ve arrived and waited over two hours to be seen. I get there 25min early to register. The last patient before me was done 15 minutes before my visit. There were no patients in the office and i was called in 15 minutes late. Finally saw the Doctor at 2:10pm (40 minutes late). She was nice and professional as well as the gentleman who called me in first, i just dont like wait times especially when the practice is not busy. Don’t book during lunch or break hours if you’re not available and honor times people request and reserve.
