Thank you!** I received my medical training at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon - one of four professionally accredited Naturopathic medical programs in the United States. There I was trained in the art and science of approaching health from a whole-person view - understanding that individual health is a complex expression of multiple factors including our internal selves and our external environment.
In practice I seek to identify and understand these underlying determinants of health so that treatment can be focused on building health and preventing disease. I have found that following this approach not only relieves symptoms, but restores balance to the systems of the body improving health parameters on a number of levels.
I am happily married to Maile, my beautiful wife and talented partner of 10 years. She currently pursues her passion for educating young people with our two young children. We enjoy getting outside and being active as a family on a daily basis.

I was very impressed with Dr. Tyler K. We were able to make the appointment on-line, for the same day, and were seen within 5 minutes. He spent a long time with us, and really helped my 15 year old to want to eat healthier and be healthier.

Dr. Keluheleua far and away surpassed my expectations. I've been receiving treatment for chronic IBS/abdominal pain for the last 3-4 years through a variety of medications and other providers who have been less than understanding of my diagnosis. Dr. K treated me with such amazing compassion and understanding, never once made me feel rushed or judged, and gave me the one thing I haven't had for a very long time: Hope! I will be following up with him for my continued care as well as bringing my family to him for their provider needs as well. I would highly recommend his practice and him as an exceptional provider.
