Dr. Umang Mehta is a double board-certified, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in Atherton, California. His expertise in minimally invasive surgical and nonsurgical techniques has led to excellent results and reduced recovery time for his patients. He is passionate about rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation and has extensive experience in both.
A native of Southern California, Dr. Mehta graduated with honors from Stanford University. He attended Ohio State University College of Medicine where he was bestowed the Zollinger award as the most outstanding student in surgery. Dr. Mehta was accepted into a prestigious residency program in Head and Neck Surgery at Saint Louis University. Dr. Mehta has also performed medical mission work in Honduras. He is board certified in both Facial Plastic Surgery as well as ENT/Head and Neck Surgery.
After residency, Dr, Mehta was among a very select group of physicians accepted into an American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) fellowship. During this time, he trained intensively in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery at The Lasky Clinic in Beverly Hills, learning from many world-class surgeons in the field. He also instructed medical students and residents in Facial Plastic Surgery at USC School of Medicine.

Dr. Mehta is professional, positive and caring in his approach. His focus is your well being, to improve your health first and foremost. The rest can be icing on the cake should you decide to go for any cosmetic surgery.
I recommend him to anyone with sinus/septum issues. I can't wait to get some relief form recurring, lengthy sinus infections. :)
