The staff was so helpful when I was having difficulty connecting to the call. Dr Doumanian was so kind and wonderful. She was very thoughtful when asking history questions and thoroughly went through my medications to determine next steps. I’m so relieved I found her. I had to quickly find a new doctor when my insurance changed and I’m so glad she was the person I found.

The experience with the doctor was excellent. However the preliminary period with the preparation was terrible. The materials I sent were never received. I even got a return email saying that my health insurance was accepted and my appointment would be covered. But a few days before my appointment I received a message that they needed my insurance information in order to see whether I would be covered. I had sent copies of my health insurance cards and my photo ID but they had no record of that and I had to send them again. I sent a medical document that was nowhere in my file. I also sent a Psychological History for the doctor to review in advance and was assured by phone 2 days before the appointment that it was there in my file but the doctor never received it.. Your tech division is a mess.
