I am very glad I changed my provider to Dr. Thorton-Mclendon. I felt like she was attentive to my reasons for the appointment and was very helpful in setting a treatment plan. I did not feel rushed at all.

I love Dr. Thornton! She listens to all of my concerns and never rushes through my visits. She has excellent bed side manner and explains things in a way that I can unerstand. Even if I forget things, after the visit I can always count her with the most prompt responses. Highly Highly recommend her!

Exceptional!! The care I received from Dr. McClendon was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed the highest level of professionalism. Made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and the wait time was literally 2 minutes. 10 stars and I highly recommend!!!Â

I think my visit with Dr. McClendon went extremely well! She was very calm and patient and I felt heard on all levels. I recommended Dr. McClendon to my family and friends. I truly appreciate her professionalism. I actually feel better after my meetings with her. She lets me Vent and takes her time with me. I never feel like she’s rushing me at all. I have never looked forward to meeting any Dr’s, but she is different. Thank you Dr. McClendon you’re truly a blessing.

Dr. Thornton-McLendon is always available when I need her. She's extremely encouraging and blunt with caring tones of compassion. I never leave from talking with her unsatisfied. Her attentive, nurturing manner is truly refreshing.

I will never go back. This doctor is HORRIBLE with communication. I've had three appointments with this provide. The first one was ok. The second appointment wasn't showing in the client portal at all. When I finally got a hold of the doctor, she claimed she had tried to call me to verify the appointment in the week before the appointment and I didn't answer. I have no record of this phone call - I don't know what phone number she was calling. We went ahead and had the appointment via phone. The third appointment was in the client portal. I was on there 5 minutes before my schedule time just waiting on the doctor. At about 10 minutes after, I called. The call went straight to voicemail and I left a message. At about 15 minutes after I sent an email and no response. I even text the doctor. Finally at 25 minutes after I received a text back from someone (not the doctor). Needless to say that conversation didn't go well. The doctor canceled without telling me. I sat for 30 minutes waiting
