Dr. Rita listens! I did not feel rushed, or like she was not truly interested in helping me. She asked all kinds of questions during our first visit, and made sure to emphasize how important it is that I make time for myself (Something I've always struggled with.) That made me feel like she truly cares. My psychiatry care has been a battle, finding the right Doctors, for years now. I feel so much more at ease, knowing I'm under her care.

The provider showed up to our meeting in a hoodie and dim lighting. The wifi connection was terrible too, so I could barely understand what she was saying and felt like I was not being heard. The interaction seemed like a checklist more than a true evaluation. I'll try again with a different provider.
