Dr. Vicki Rapaport and her staff were all super nice, and listened well to my concerns. They were also very efficient without feeling rushed - simply considerate of everyone’s time. They sell their own topical steroid ointment for a reasonable price and recommended the pharmacy downstairs which offered rebates on my other prescription.

This was a lovely experience start to finish! I was able to book online and submit my forms ahead of time, I got there early for my first appointment and they took me in right away. Every person I dealt with was lovely, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt like I was in capable hands, and had a pleasant experience at the same time. I would go back again and would recommend anytime!

I was running late to my appointment due to rush hour traffic, yet Dr. Rapoport's office was extremely accommodating. The Doctor herself was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming, and the appointment was short enough to not absorb my entire morning without feeling rushed. I booked this appointment for a screening but will be sure to revisit for all of my dermallgical needs in the future.
