“Although I had booked with a Physician’s Assistant, Amy Ly, she was unavailable and instead I was seen by the medical director, Dr. M. David Cole, MD/FAAD who was a professor of dermatology at UC Irvine. Dr. Cole is professional and patiently listened to all my concerns. He reassured me kindly that the treatment he prescribed should resolve my concerns and I look forward to a follow up visit with Dr. Cole in 6 months. I highly recommend Dr. Cole. You’re in good hands under the care of a “Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology” (FAAD) who had passed rigorous exams and must know how to treat over 3k conditions. I felt so blessed that I had the good fortune to be seen by Dr. Cole.”

The provider I was given did a great job but I was a bit confused by making an appointment with the PA I requested and having someone else do my consultation and prescribe me.

I thought I was going to be seen by a dermatologist/dermatology PA but I was seen by a primary care doctor instead which was surprising. I still got consulted for my acne and got the medications I needed though. Also I had to pay a consultation fee because I haven't reached my deductible for seeing a specialist. I was fine with this, but I ended up not seeing a dermatologist but a primary care doctor? I just wish they were more forthcoming with who I was going to see and what specialty they were before my visit.

Not sure if she did not listened or did not know about it but I told her I was breastfeeding and later when they send me the notes for the prescription the only condition is not to breastfeed for a week. And nothing else when I try to clarify. Honestly pretty disappointed right now

AVOID! Complete waste of time + money. They knew my telehealth appointment was about a cyst and called me to confirm time and insurance etc. When my appointment started, the first thing the Dr said was "We cant really treat cysts via telehealth. You need to come in a visit" - They could have told me this before, but probably did not want to miss out on the $$ revenue of a 30 second conversation.
