I see my role as a physician as one of a relatable advisor, making recommendations to my patients that respect their individual preferences while applying the latest understanding of best practices. I always discuss the risks of pharmaceutical or surgical interventions and balance them against all available natural and lifestyle-driven options. I greatly enjoy teaching my patients and sharing my perspective with my colleagues in the rapidly evolving field of primary care. I'm a certified HIV specialist and have experience with prevention and medical management of HIV and HIV-related conditions. I have additional training and experience in transgender hormone management.
To stay happy and healthy, I am a home cook and I like to jog or take long walks in my home city of San Francisco. I also greatly appreciate music, and I like to play classical guitar and mix music with my sound mixing board. I also sometimes build computers and enjoy flight simulation.
