About Victoria Alexander
Victoria is a native of North Carolina, having lived in Charlotte for almost 25 years. She attended UNC-Chapel Hill for her undergraduate studies and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a minor in Chemistry. She then went on to Wingate University, where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in December 2021. Victoria has a background in Women's Health and Urgent Care prior to starting her career in Dermatology.
In her free time, she loves to hang out with family and friends, try new restaurants, go to Pilates classes, and travel.

I do not recommend them for virtual appointments. My appointment was scheduled for 5:20 pm, and to get information on how to proceed, I had to call the office because until 5 pm no one had given me a link or any explanation of how the appointment would work. I waited until 6 pm and didn't receive any call from Victoria. Two days later I received a message apologizing and asking me to reschedule... seriously!

I would not recommend this office for virtual visits, especially for patients on a time restriction. My appointment was scheduled for 2:50 PM, but I never received a video link or invitation. I called and was told to expect an alert that never came. By 3:15 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I rescheduled for 3:50 PM. Then at 4:05 PM, I received a text stating that the provider was still in surgery.
This was actually my second missed appointment with this office, which is extremely disappointing. I had a skin concern that needed timely attention and unfortunately did not receive the care I paid for. I requested a refund for my $30 copay, but as of now, I haven’t heard back.
The lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. If you’re considering a virtual visit, I’d strongly suggest scheduling in person instead.

The PA was good and knowledgable. The staff were very unfriendly. They were talking about some dinner and not paying attention to the patient.
I felt that the staff was rude.
Also the Zocdoc is a nuisance they called me at least 10 times before the appointment and texted me the same time.
It is very annoying.

This dermatologist is absolutely wonderful! I drove 1 hour 20 min just to go to this appointment. She took her time and treated my son with care. She asked questions and gave awesome feedback.
