The office was busy, but everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Whitman was knowledgeable and made sure to tell me all my options. She even gave me samples of two brands of contact lenses to try before committing to a brand. I'll definitely be back!

This company has been a nightmare. It's not necessarily this doctor specifically. But I have been mislead and experience quite a run around in diagnosis. When I thought I was going in to have an issue taken care of, I was instead given temporary treatments twice that required more and more visits and bills. Very disappointed.

Dr. W was delightful. Very kind, very communicative, explained everything before doing anything, very open to questions. Listened carefully. Not normally a fan of big chains but she was great and I'd go back to her.

Walked in (it's in the ground level to the left when looking towards the elevators in the atrium) and was promptly received to finish up the last paperwork details. Went straight in to talk to the doctor who explained everything that was going on. She was very patient when trying to identify the best lenses for me.
No complains.
