Dr. Turner was so thoughtful, caring and kind. She listened to my concerns without judgement and she made me feel like I could take my time explaining myself. The front desk staff and intake technician were all wonderful to work with and incredibly kind and accommodating. The office was comfortable and had a nice layout. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Turner.

The experience was both precessional and friendly, I highly recommend this location and Dr. wish there were more like them , not to mention I had a very thorough exam and all my questions where answered with patience and consideration.

Many of these questions do not actually apply.
Basically, when I showed up for my appointment, after receiving a confirmation, they said they did not have an appointment for me. With that, I asked them if I could just walk in and they said there was not a doctor in that day.
I spent $30 on transportation to and from the office for nothing.
Ironically as I was leaving the office, after trying to check in they sent me a notification they needed to cancel the appointment due to the water being shut off.
Not a good experience at all.

I had the worst experience ever. They keep on changing the appointment date and time. When I was there in the clinic right at the time of the appointment, the clinic was closed. They promised a refund and free frame but I never received them until I called them again and I just got the refund.

They didn't really use my zocdoc info so I ended having to fill out extra forms. Also they didn't really read it, so they kinda just treated me like any old patient who wanted new contacts instead of focusing primarily on my eyelid spasm issue. And then they weren't super helpful about the eyelid spasm issue (which I kinda expected tbh. Most online discussions say my issue isn't taken very seriously)

Booked same day appt after something got in my eye while on a walk a little more than 24 hours prior. Appt felt very thorough but course of treatment seemed intense after confirming that whatever was in my eye had worked itself out and it was now just irritated. Dr. prescribed an antibiotic steroid and sold me artificial tears at checkout. I asked if things would resolve on their own bc I am price conscious and didn’t love the thought of a steroid given I have allergies to common meds and am always worried about a reaction. She offered a next day follow up in case of a reaction and reduced dosage of rx from 4x/day to 2x/day. I asked if I could just get artificial tears over the counter and she explained that these are better because they’re a gel. I paid a lot for the appointment and about 3x the OTC price for gel artificial tears. Feeling a bit like I got got bc I was in a vulnerable position. Did not fill rx and did not use the artificial tears purchased.

The office was as expected. The only issue is that every conversation began with how much things cost. A bit off putting. But I will continue to leverage the office due to convenience and distance from my home.
