The doctors are always helpful, they genuinely care about your health and well being. It is always in and out I never have to wait a very long time to be seen. The overall office look and feel is a little outdated but the care and attention does not compare, they are the best here!

Every visit with Dr. Alla in the past 11 years has always been a pleasant and comforting experience even when I'm not feeling my best. He is one of the few doctors out there that genuinely cares about his patients and does above and beyond to make sure that his patients are treated properly. Not only have I been in his care for over a decade but so is my entire family. We all dread the day that he retires because there is no other doctor out there that is as compassionate and caring as him, not to mention extremely thorough! A memory that sticks in my head of Dr. Alla would be him in the hospital caring for my grandmother until her very last breath...LITERALLY! He stood beside us until 10:30 at night until she passes and stayed to console all of us. My diagnosis of MS in 2008 probably would've been unnoticed should've I have to gone to another doctor but being the very thorough doctor that he is, I was sent to the hospital due to a vision issue with a script for a CT Brain which showed that I had a lesion on my brain. I've recommended him to my ex boyfriend and a close friend of mine and they've had nothing but great things to say about him. He takes his time with his patients and truly cares for everyone of them...plus he is always available! The wait time at his previous office on 31st avenue would be long but completely worth it because you would always walk out feeling at ease and somewhat better regardless of how you felt walking in. I am more than grateful to have him as my PCP and out of all of the doctors that I see, he is the best and I trust him with everything.

The best primary care physician I have ever had! I've been seeing Dr. Alla for years and will continue to do so until I have no choice. The wait time can be quite long, but that's because he takes his time with each patient. I'll wait because I know that he will take his time with me and discuss all of my concerns, as he did with the patients before me.

The wait time was ridiculous. I had a 5:30 appt. and everyone who was a "walk in" before me without an appt were all seen in the order they arrived. That's ridiculous. If you have an appt, you should been seen near that appt time; walk ins are supposed to be if you have time around standing appointments. I had to wait over two hours to be seen for 10 minutes. Absurd.

Dr. Alla took the time to thoroughly review my medical history including family and lifestyle. His exam was very detailed and I felt that I had his undivided attention.
A breath of fresh air from spending 2-3 minutes with the doctor or 10 if it is your annual exam. Highly recommend Dr. Alla and will be back.
The wait can sometime take a while but I feel the doctor takes his time with patients and that can throw off schedules. Worth the wait to have a doctor who is thorough and caring!

A little bit of a wait time but considering it was a Saturday it was ok.

The doctor & staff was nice but not very bright. Doctor stood over me while I vomited. End result doctor said I need to go to ER which he & P.A. wrote up medical history which didn't reflect me & many common words were misspelled. The decor wasn't that great either-small with bars on the windows.
