Dr Fietti is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of orthopedic conditions and surgery. He is warm, caring and takes his time to explain your condition, the recommended course of action and expected outcome/time frame. He really sets you at ease, makes sure you understand what has been discussed and leaves plenty of time for questions. His support staff, especially Lisa, keeps everything moving along so smoothly, it's a pleasure to be a patient.

I think the doctor is fine.
What I did not enjoy was the constant doctor reminders in email and else where.
The front desk person called me many times (too many) and initial stated that my insurance would not be accepted but I knew that it was accepted.
I highly recommend training your staff regarding insurance information. I need an MRI and your office was not aware that the place I would prefer to go to does not accept my insurance. Instead of recommending another place nothing was done. Too much back and forth for just a wrist.

He is well worth the wait. One of the rare old-school who truly takes time to speak with his patients, SEE them, and connect with them. He is much different from the rush rush doctors of today who barely even get your name right.

I have been seeing Dr Fietti regarding a trauma to my hand for the last 6 months and he also performed surgery on my hand. He is my example of what doctors should be like, knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, he takes the time to understand your problem and explain to you his diagnosis and advice. The wait could be long at times but I understand that it is due to the fact that he doesn't see his appointments as business meetings and gives everyone as much time as they need.

Dr. Fietti is currently dealing with an unexpected office move which accounted for some inconvenience with my appointment. They called to reschedule my appointment the day of. I had a bit of a wait time once I got there. We had to change floors a few times to look at X-rays.
But my interactions with Dr. Fietti were great. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and gave good advice. I would see him again. I just hope he can get through his office situation fairly soon.
