The Dr. was great and I look forward to her treatment plan. The staff was nice but the patient room was a little misaligned, hard to explain but Dr. had to go out of the room couple of times to get things that weren’t in the room ready to go.

Dr. Smith-Bronstein was great- She took care to listen to all of my concerns, provided a thorough examination, and detailed her findings in the same visit. After being tossed around by various urgent care places, this visit exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend!

Do Not Recommend this Dr At all whatsoever for your ENT needs. She did no more than look with an otoscope which my primary care already did. No further testing or cleaning was ordered or done, she insisted this weird nasal spray on Me and was trying to teach me how to use it as it is 2 actions at the same time. When I mistakenly did it wrong and then laughed at myself for it, she raised her voice and yelled at me. Stating. SHE IS TRYING TO TEACH ME AND I NEED TO TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. I made a mistake once. I was trying. I have extremely bad anxiety I shut down completely after that and didn't say anything else other than why didn't u clean my ears atleast she said she wasn't going to do that.
Overall this Dr made me so upset, wasted my time , and set a bad reputation for the company she is representing. DO NOT RECOMMEND

She listened intently to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained everything in detail. She did not make me feel rushed as she took her time to acknowledge all my questions/concerns.
