I arrived early but was in the doctor's office at my scheduled time. The nurses were kind and professional and easy to communicate with. Dr. Bhalla was excellent in answering my questions and explaining in ways that everyone could understand. I do not like going to the doctors but will not have an issue anymore because of Dr. Bhalla and his staff.

I went in because of pain and the doctor did not want to address my symptoms. I was told we will focus on one thing and make another appointment to address my other symptoms. There was no concern that there may be an underlying issue causing the pain I feel over my entire body. Then I was told if he took the tone to discuss my pain that it would be unfair to his other patients. I wanted to get tests done to find out what was causing my pain. That was the reason for my appointment. I thought the idea of talking about one thing and making another appointment to address my next concern was not going to help me. I can barely walk for a long period of time. I wanted help and got none. I felt like a number instead of a patient.
