My first meeting with Dr. Kozhinskiy, as well as the staff, was a pleasant experience. I generally avoid doctor appointments due to long waiting, feeling rushed out, and overall unsatisfied with the healthcare I was receiving.
I made a good choice when switching my primary care physician and selecting Dr. Kozhinskiy. His staff is professional, helpful, and patient (my insurance wasn't updated properly which could have caused a delay in receiving medical attention I needed, but this office waited for a resolution, and despite being busy, the wait time was minimal.
The doctor took his time with me, asked me questions, answered my own, and listened.. that's a key trait that medical professionals lack nowadays. He took into account the symptoms I described, and left me well informed, proved he was knowledgeable, and so I can confidently recommend him.
I appreciated the operational process of the office, please keep it up. :)
