I like to go see him once a year or so for a check-up and he goes over and treats any problem areas. Dr. Panine is very friendly and professional and quickly takes care of whatever skin problem you are having. He has treated me for aging hands that he made look much younger again by burning out wrinkles and making new skin appear, although the healing phase was not pretty, and also treated a serious skin problem that required some surgery and lab analysis, and then more surgery to be thorough. Skin tags and what he compares to barnacles on a boat he zaps away with freezing. Lucky to find him, plus he accepts Medicare.

I highly recommend Dr. Panine and his staff. As with any uncertain outcome to see a doctor, I can say my visit to see Dr. Panine was well worth my time, highly informative and comfortable. He listened to my concerns and took the time to listen to all of my questions with kindness and understanding. I found him and his staff to be professional as well as very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend him to anyone that requires the expertise of a Dermatologist.

Vladimir Panine is an unprofessional doctor. He has horrible bedside manner, he is very intimidating and rude. I asked him questions about the skin on my arms and he informed me the nurse would provide a print out with more information. He seemed annoyed by my questions and hurried out. I will NEVER go back.

Was not very pleased with many things here. Though being a new patient i did not expect to wait just over an hour to be seen. It was only after i said i needed to reschedule the visit that suddenly i was next, though two other patients were ahead of me. The dr appeared pleasant enough though almost irritated at times by my questions. I did make a follow up appointment but i think i need to find a different dr. An added bonus was the poorly lit room i was in. For being a dermotologist i would of thought brightness would be a key element here. Just based on my overall feeling i would not recommend this facility or dr.

I felt like the doc walked in knowing what he was gonna do for me (sell me face wash) and he really didn't even look at me or have a conversation with me about it. I told him my ailments and he rattled off a response and asked "what else". The staff was very friendly and helpful but I waited in the lobby for half an hour and then in the room for almost an hour before the doctor came in. Overall, the experience wasn't horrible, but I'll still be finding another dermatologist.

Well, since he prescribed a remedy, I'm hoping that works. He was intent on diagnosing an allergy to something I did not use until two weeks after the initial concern. This concerns me. The seemingly rushed affect concerns me. The lack of a smile, at all, concerns me. The hour waiting, concerns me, especially due to finding friends have used this office and the long wait is normal. This is not what I'm used to in my interactions with any of the doctors I see. If his prescription does the trick, I'm good.

Very disappointed with the long wait. Sat on the uncomfortable and worn office sofa (the leather had a large rip/hole) for 1 1/2 hours. Paid for an expensive metal bottle of face wash. After brought home, noted that the bottle was dented (in multiple places) and the pump didn't work. The doctor was very personable, however, and I felt confident in his assessment and treatment plan.

Dr.Panine and his staff were very professional. I did not wait long to be seen. Very impressive. I am not a very big fan of doctors but I would recommend him to anyone who has a dermotalogy issue.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the doctor had a great sense of humor and very informative. I will be recommending him to people I know. Pricing for me isn't a big of an issue when you have a doctor and his staff that are easy and nice to work with. But their pricing is great as well so that is an added bonus. I only waited as long as it took me to fill out the paper work and I was called right in. Very pleased with this office

His evaluation was quick, but spot on and had me in & out in very little time, yet all my questions were answered and I was informed regarding my condition as well as treatment. Flipped my skepticism and disappointment with two prior doctors to a very positive and optimistic outlook regarding my skin conditions. Both thumbs up for Dr. Paine & staff!
