About Dr. Blake Troiani
Dr. Blake M. Troiani is a highly trained and skilled board-certified dermatologist who enjoys applying his medical and surgical dermatology training and experience at our Joliet, Frankfort, and Bourbonnais, IL offices.
Dr. Troiani earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude, before attending the Medical College of Georgia, where he earned his medical degree. During medical school, he was voted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society by his peers, and he enjoyed participating in research projects to expand the current knowledge in the field of dermatology.
He completed his internship at Mayo Clinic before heading to the heart of Chicago to complete his residency training in dermatology at Rush University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident during his final year.
Dr. Troiani enjoys treating all varieties of skin conditions and welcomes his patients to receive complete skin exams at least once per year.

I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with a doctor like this. He was rude, aggressive, and arrogant! He cut me off while I was asking a question and was not willing to answer my questions. This guy is a joke! I will never return!

the staff is the number one thing that stands out from the front desk to the doctors assistant and the doctor himself. Everyone was friendly and professional.
Being and established patient to Pinnacle dermatology is was refreshing to see an office make over that brightened everything up.

Staff is courtesy and knowledge. The doctor pinpointed exactly what was going on with my son and provided a solution. I would highly recommend this facility.

The office is clean and the staff is friendly however the doctor is condescending and rushes the appointment. You have to struggle to get a word out before being interrupted.
He did seem very knowledgeable which is a plus but the knowledge isn’t helpful if you don’t understand what’s happening with your patient.

Everyone was really nice, I liked the doctor a lot. My only 'complaint' if you want to call it that is that before I left I wanted to make an appointment for my husband, he works long hours and never has time, I'm pretty busy myself so really wanted an appointment scheduled before I left. I was told since he's a new patient I can only make the appointment online....Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

Other than a 40 minute wait divided between the waiting room and the patient room, it went smooth when the doctor showed up. Dr. Blake Trolani did a thorough exam and took a small piece of brown skin for examination. No pain, all gain.

No waiting, no hassles, no problems. I filled out my forms online for my first visit and it couldn't be any easier. I waited less than 5 minutes in an uncrowned waiting room before I was seen by the doctor and out the door 15 minutes later. It may have felt a bit rushed compared to what I'm used to but I'll wait to see the results after following through with his prescriptions and recommendations. Time will tell if his diagnoses is correct.
