Dr. Gorum was excellent. He diagnosed my problem immediately and put me at ease. He was attentive, patient, kind and knowledgable. I am pleased that we have a wonderful new orthopedic practicing here in Harlem. Don't be put off by the temporary office space. The practice is undergoing renovation and they will be done shortly. Office staff was also very welcoming. Will recommend to friends and neighbors.

Dr Gorum was wonderful to talk with. however the system needs tweeking. I had a 4 o'clock appointment. I arrived around 3:45 and i need assistance getting upstairs. We got upstairs around 4:10. I was left in the office by myself until amost 5. when I went to inquire I was told that I was not on the list and I could see the doctor because I wasn't registered and the people who registers arye gone for the day. They leave at 4. How can I have a 4 o'clock appointment and nobody is there to register me

Dr. Gorum was great but our meeting was very brief. His P.A., Mr. Molina, was informative but a bit snarky and condescending. For example, asking me why I wore jeans if I knew that my knee was to be examined. Most importantly, this office claimed they didn't receive the information ZocDoc sent them. In fact, I wasn't even in their system for my appointment.

Office staff was abysmal. The Doctor was nice, but needs professional support if he wants anyone to return. Danielle was clearly more interested in leaving at 4pm than taking care of patients needs, and the whole office, and the doctor, were surprised to hear he had appointments this afternoon. Apparently someone forgot to check his ZocDoc appointments. He told me would take action when I detailed my horrible experience, but I am not likely to risk several hours of my time again because he is nice and seems competent/caring. Sorry, Doc, I just don't have the time to risk that sort of nonsense happening twice.
