Dr. Mona Hirani is board certified in allergy/ immunology and pediatric pulmonology. She completed her fellowships at Massachusetts General hospital and Brigham and Women's hospital in Boston, before moving to Maryland where she practiced for 2 1/2 years.
She relocated to Chicago in 2003 and has been in practice with Asthma and Allergy Associates (now Allergy Partners of Chicago) for over 9 years. Her interests include pediatric asthma, food and drug allergies and desensitization. She also enjoys seeing patients with eosinophilic disorders and immunodeficiencies.

Dr. Hirani was great but the nurse, not so much. She gave me the wrong test. She did food allergy instead of environmental and because she did the food test on my arms, they did the environmental test on my back.
The doctor and other nurses did not seem pleased at all with this nurse.
