The front desk spoke English very well which was appreciated. The wait time was about 30 minutes. Dr. Chan spoke a bit fast but was thorough in addressing my concerns. I felt that she genuinely wanted to make sure I was knowledgeable about what she spoke to me about.

I waited less than 20 mins to be seen. Dr. Chan did introduce herself which I feel alot of doctors forget to do. As someone previously stated in another review, she ask me to take off my pants. Which I getshe is a skin docotor and have to check entire body even though my complaints were my arms and back. I had to ask for a gown which I feel should be common courtesy. She did ask if I wanted them to leave the room and I said it was okay.. She was informative on what could be causing my itching. Hopefully the cream works.

I went to her because the reviews were good but she wasn’t helpful and seemed condescending. She didn’t bother explaining anything and her assistant was in the room the whole time. The receptionists were really nice and did their jobs well. However, she doesn’t seem like she cares about her patients and what they want. Also, didn’t bother showing me other options out there for my skin.

My visit was weird. I was shocked that she asked me to take my pants off right in front of her assistant without offering a gown or even stepping aside so that I could do so comfortably. Very poor bedside manner.I felt very uncomfortable. She was however, informative. But I wasn't sure that she should be checking my entire body when I only came in for an issue on my shoulder. And she didn't go out of her way to make me feel at ease.

Dr. Chan is fantastic, I came to her with hormonal acne and after being frustrated with other dermatologist not taking me seriously it was honestly really refreshing to have Dr. Chan understand and genuinely want to help me clear up myskin. I’ve been seeing her for almost a year now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made, and now for the first time ever my acne is almost cleared! Seriously she’s the best! Thanks Dr. Chan for making helping me feel amazing in my own skin!

Really informative visit. She was patient to listen to my long medical history with Acne. She seems very interested in providing me with the care I needed and tells me which meds are covered by my insurance. She has personal experiencewith acne, so she understands where the patients are coming from. Her assistants are pleasant as well.

I believe she is a good doctor the visit was rushed but I will try her again. Every doctor has a different range of information to offer and she has hers, which maybe be limited to some and sufficient to others. On my next visit this review will be revisited and updated but for now it was a satisfactory visit pending future opportunities to visit the office.

I have been dealing with a skin issue for more than a year. I've been to two previous dermatologists and two allergists. No one had been able to label my condition. Dr. Chan, took the proper steps, first biopsy then sentme to an allergist. Because of Dr. Chan, they finally found that I am allergic to five common chemicals used in everyday products. I have to go see her again soon to discuss treatment options.

Dr. Wai is phenomenal. I do wish some dermatologists will actually examine face without always assuming its hormornal acne. Nonetheless she prescribed me meds that seem to be working.

Overall the visit went really well. Her medical assistant was very nice. The front desk women were very sweet too. I recommend fill out our paperwork online if you can. It saved me a lot of time. I was in andout in under 10 minuets. Dr. Chan was a little quick checking me out and didn’t really say what she was doing, but she did listen to me and explain the medication and why it didn’t work the first time and what we are going to do different. I would definitely go again if the need arose. It was also convenient yo have the parking garage attached to the bulidg. $5 for the hour was definitely worth the convenience.

Dr. Chan was great the first time I saw her. And I chose her due to her great reviews, and I was able to get an appointment same day. She addressed all of my concerns and was patient. Her caring natureis the reason I went back to her for another skin issue. This time I had a completely different experience. She didn't seem personable at all, not even asking me how I was doing with the issue she had diagnosed me for the first visit. She was short and didn't really answer my questions. I would go back to her again only if I'm in a pinch and need to see someone ASAP, as it was easy to get an appointment the day before.

Great visit today. Extremely clean office, polite staff, thorough medical assistant. Dr. Chan was very professional and detailed when answering questions and simply offering information about my concerns and the insanity of insurance. I found a new dermatologist.

Appointment went okay. Wait time wasn’t too long. I think I might have went after lunch so I was the second patient there. By the time I was called in she had about another 4-5 ppl waiting, I felt a littlerushed. I specifically told the assistant what I came in for but she kept pointing out something else. I told her 2x that I was already taking care of it and I was in for another reason. Doctor comes in and goes straight to discussing what I had mention was not the reason for my visit. She didn’t give me a chance explain any of my other concerns and kinda rushed thru the visit. I literally just paid for her to rush through my concerns focusing on something I’ve already mentioned was not the reason for my visit. For what it’s worth, she was on point about my other condition that I already knew about from my pcp.

Amazing! The whole experience went smoothly, I got there and had to wait a couple of minutes because I was early then once I was in the examination room, they wasted no time at all, I thought I was going inthere only for a consult but she also did the procedure which was excellent. The doctor and her assistant were very comforting during the procedure as well. Highly recommend!

When I went in the receptionists were very nice. I then sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes and the assistant came & got me. It looks like they had a girl in training which I didnt mind. However,I told the assistant(s) all of my issues and then they left and said the doctor would be in shortly. After a few minutes I heard them telling the doctor a really fast run down of all of my issues and why I was there and the doctor responded with "ok." She then came in with the assistants and spoke to me briefly but not thoroughly and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way. I've got to say, it was quick but I didn't feel like she really took the time to hear me out plus having the assistants come in and out felt unnecessary. I rather a doctor that greets you and hears your issues than someone giving them a 15 second run down of the patients reason for being there. BUT.. I did get what I went there for which were my usual creams and overall everyone was pleasant.

This was my second time seeing a dermatologist, and first time here. Waited less than 15 minutes as there was only one other patient who came after me but went in first. Overall she was nice until I asked one toomany questions? Then she got snappy and rushed out. While I was anxious and extremely concerned about my condition, she seemed rushed and rushed out, even though there were no other patients it seemed. Also, her instructions on how to use the prescribed medication was unclear but at least she prescribed so I should be grateful.
