A native Texan himself, Dr. Wally El-Hitamy is proud to provide premier optometric care to members of his home community. As the founder of Lakeway Eye Center, Dr. El-Hitamy is committed to offering his patients personalized, detail-oriented care in a comfortable and friendly environment.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. El-Hitamy went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. He uses his exemplary education to help his patients achieve the best results possible.
Dr. El-Hitamy and his wife Shelley are the proud parents of a son and daughter. Besides spending time with his family, Dr. El-Hitamy enjoys running and participating in the Lake Travis Rotary Club.
