What really stood out was how amazing she was with my child - kind, patient and engaging. My kid left saying "She's the nicest doctor ever!" It's not easy to make eye exams fun for a 7 year old, she did it effortlessly.

Great front staff, welcomes you and immediately expedite the check in, updates on medical insurances, meds and any other changes that needs the MR.
Technician was friendly, made the pre check eyes exam easy and explained the reason for the eyes test.
Physician, wow, what a great professional she is, right on point, explaining what is going on with the test result and made the entire eyes examination a comfortable experience, highly recommended her and her team to others.
This facility services kids over 5+ of age, so I am recommending their professional services to friends and family for sure.
I wish all medical offices had their high standards, from the front staff to the medical equipment that is currently in service, very satisfied with the overall experience.

I enjoy visiting Jeany; she’s patient, informative, and understanding. During the exam, I never feel rushed to make decisions or pressured to choose between lenses. I received a thorough breakdown of the condition of my eyes. I didn’t have any major changes in my prescription, which is great news. I will continue to visit for my annual eye exams in the future. :)

Dr. Johnson is the most thorough optometrist I have seen in years! The testing and equipment she uses is top notch. Dr Johnson explains in great detail the tests she runs, doesn’t rush through her findings of your eyes, and often asks if you have any questions. She’s extremely professional, personable, and humorous and I regret not having found her before now. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an outstanding optometrist.
Abby, thanks for being so pleasant, yet professional while explaining every test you performed. Often patients go to medical offices and none of the staff greets you with a smile nor a simple pleasantry. I appreciate your kindness Abby.

Zocdoc said provider was in network. She is not - claim 100% rejected. I drove 30 minutes for this appointment because I believed she was in network. Front office staff was unprofessional, charged me an unusual amount with only a register receipt and incomplete explanation. Eye exam staff was rude and unprofessional, no explanation of what we were doing, no warning that air was going to be shot into my eyeball or why. Doctor was fine, although devoid of warmth or bedside manner. Overall an entirely pointless, negative experience that I could have had anywhere because THIS PERSON IS NOT IN MY NETWORK, EVEN THOUGH ZOCDOC SAID SHE IS.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff with clean and modern technology. Short wait time to see doctor after technician performed preliminary eye exams (1 patient ahead of me = 15 min of wait). Would recommend!

This was a great experience! Found my new eye doctor in Austin. Every single employee was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about any questions I had. I saw Dr. Johnson and she was great! Very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained my eye imaging and gave me a few different opportunities to ask questions or clarify anything. Great at explaining what she was looking at and the outcomes that were possible. I felt very listened to and didn’t ever feel pressured for anything. The equipment and the office was all very clean and nice. I waited barely 10 minutes, and seriously I liked every person who spoke with me there. Definitely recommend!!
