Dr. Liu was very attentive and knowledgable, I will certainly be back. I would recommend calling ahead of time, day of, to confirm your appointment time as I waited 1.5 hours to be seen.

The doctor was more thorough in his exam of my ear, nose, and throat than my earlier ENT. However, the hearing test is off-site and was done about two weeks later. An appointment is necessary for the hearing test.

Great doctor and staff. I have been a patient since 1984 to present. Always happy with my visits.
The service went great I felt like a brand new person walking out of there. Excellent doctor!!!

My main issue with this doctor is that he wouldn't really listen to me and what my issue was.
Verified patient
Excellent doctor. Highly recommended. Very honest with his opinions. Very friendly staff.
I was nice seeing him, he is experienced and polite. Takes time to listen and explain.
Dr. Liu is the best ENT. Very patient - gives the best advice. Solves all problems.
Dr. Liu took care of my ENT needs. I am thoroughly satisfied with my visit with him.

So far so good. I will probably have to have a follow up with him in 2 weeks
the receptionist warned me that he was running late, I chose to wait.
They only accept cash. Had to wait about 45 minutes or so.

Dr. Liu Was kind and soft spoken. I was disappointed by the length of time we had to wait. We waited 90 minutes past our appointment time before we were seen. My son needed an ear wick to treat an outer ear infection. Dr. Liu did not use an ear wick, but made one out of a small piece of cotton ball. I was skeptical, but it worked!

I liked Dr. Lui. He was professional, courteous, and experienced. He diagnosis my problem, and for once the solution was not a prescription, just a simple nasal rinsed that really worked.
Verified patient
The facility looked looked old and unclean. The waiting area was too long. It seemed to work very slowly. I could barely understand the doctor. He was not good in explaining what he was doing and made me feel very uncomfortable.
They open late,I was there on time.

Didn't complaint about the wait time as I was supposed to be another day and they allowed me to come in a day early as a walk in. Staff was pleasant and welcoming and Doctor was a sweetheart I would recommend as well as keep going.

The doctor is caring. But he needs to step up into the 21st century with technology. His medical instruments are quality but dated. Felt like I was in the 1950s.
I had ringing in both ears, he basically just cleaned my ears which actually didn't solve the problem. I had to go to another doctor who prescribed a nasal spray that helped alleviate the ringing.

He was my ENT YEARS ago, and still has the same bedside manner as he had then. The office staff is great too and very personable.
Sorry, but I would not recommend. Completely disorganized practice. Noone told me they only accept cash for the copay and I had none. I was told to go to an ATM before I could see the doctor. My appointment was for 9:30am but the doctor's work day apparently starts at 10. The office smells disgusting.
Verified patient
Wait was over an hour, exam room and equipment seemed dirty, and I felt like everything I said was dismissed. I'm not going back.
The doctor was attentive and very professional. He is rather traditional, but up-to-date in terms of examination and going to the point or the reason of my consultation. ----- The waiting room, however, could be improved if a vacuum cleaner had cleaned the carpet out of the scattered pieces of paper paper and other things ...

Excellent service, but call and make sure they are running on time before coming in. Four hours is a long wait, especially with an undercharged device.

OFFICE IS OUTDATED
Never in my life have I cried at a doctor appointment until my visit to this man. He was careless and laughed to himself when I started crying. It was my first visit to him and everything. And this was all after waiting over 1.5 hrs.
Dr. Liu is very funny. However, I couldn't really understand what he was saying. He was sort of vague, which is confusing for a patient. This practice is cash-only :/ ...I agree, I wished he had washed/sanitized his hands; or, used gloves, but I'm not sick (Thank God). Office is in THE HOOD, Lord Jesus. Thank God it's close to the highway for a quick escape. The staff is very kind (seasoned like around your grandma's age, but very nice and professional). Lounge (and equipment) needed a much-needed update to 2014. I probably won't go back, but everyone was so nice. :/
I liked the visit but I had a problem with him not putting on gloves and he used the same ear equipment that was sanitizing in a jar. That is a little ancient to me and it would be better to have disposable ones rather than the metal ones.

The venue wasn't very attractive on the outside. On the inside it's even worse. It's evident that the building is clearly outdated. Their was even exposed metal in the elevator. Now onto Dr. Liu's office. It's a very small suite so if full, the waiting area can be an uncomfortable place. Your only source of entertainment were the magazines they made available to their visitors which were poorly placed in a spot where you would have to stand in front of and reach over people just to get to. A telivision was sitting on a very high shelf mounted onto the wall but it was never turned on. It was a very very small TV/VHS combo that looked like it seen better days. My advice is to bring your own device(s) for your entertainment. Now to the scheduling aspect of things. I scheduled my appointment through this mobile application for a 9:30A.M. time slot. When I arrived in the office and took a gander at the sign-in sheet, I saw that two other patients were scheduled to be seen at the same time as yours truly. So my punctuality was all for not because I had to wait an entire before I was seen. That annoyed me. I was also a little skeptical about being seen when my name got called because Dr. Liu's equipment, much like the building, looked pretty, pretty, pretty outdated. The bright spot though was Dr. Liu. Great personality, tries his best to make you laugh and strike up conversation. Very gentle, seems caring, English could be better but still understandable. I don't know two languages so I'm not one to talk myself. Overall I would say my experience was... Ok I guess.
Dr. Liu is a very thorough doctor. He makes you feel like you are the only patient. I have never been disappointed on any visit. I would recommend him highly to other potential patients.
