The office itself was fine, but the provider, Dr. Wei Teresa Hui, was less than satisfactory. I felt that my concerns were brushed off during the appointment and that I was not taken seriously. She barely glanced at my dermatological concerns and simply did not listen to me. I left the office with none of my concerns resolved and essentially paid money to get told to wear sunscreen. I will not be returning and do not recommend this provider.

Wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Hsu was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. She took time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care. I did not feel rushed and left with several options to address my medical concerns. The staff were friend and the office was very nice.

Dr was very nice but not very thorough. I heard that with a first time body check that your hands, feet and scalp would be looked at, this did not happen for me. Body check just seemed very questionable to me, I don't even know if all of my body was looked at.

Great office staff and spacious waiting room. Dr. Wsu taught me how to best protect my skin throughout the year and the importance of doing self checks of my back. At the end of the exam, I recalled that I had an open comedo (black head) on my face and she agreed to remove it for me!

Dr. Hsu is amazing. Unlike multiple dermatologists I’ve seen in the past, she actually cares, educates you, and engages in conversation. She is very professional but also has a great sense of humor that makes you feel comfortable. I have been seeing Dr. Hsu for a couple years now and drive 45 mins from Doylestown because the drive is worth having a reliable and caring specialist. She’s always helpful, never rushes me, makes sure all of my questions are answered, and doesn’t give me the constant “let’s check back in 3 months” spiel every other dermatologist has given me. She also always makes sure I can get any prescriptions I need at the cheapest possible price. I typically don’t write these reviews but I have too many great things to say about Dr. Hsu not to share.

I don’t usually leave reviews, specially negative ones. However, this appointment was a waste of time, and money. Do not see her.
The skin check was mediocre and the answers to my concerns would have been better addressed by a hairdresser.
I don’t understand how she is a dermatologist.
