Dr. Chu has been excellent in his care with our unexpected (and ultimately failed) pregnancy. The entire time, he has been incredibly reassuring, professional, and caring; whatever he and his medical assistant/nursing staff could do to make things easier for my husband and me, they did it, especially when it came to the paperwork and even the advanced healthcare we had requested with non-blood treatment options, in case complications were to occur.
We are so grateful that we were in good hands! Dr. Chu took care of everything in such a fine manner, we would highly recommend him. From the physical examinations & ultrasound consultations to our D&C surgery + follow up, we have been very well taken care of. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and explains things so well. Yet when we thanked him, he humbly responded that this was simply his job and he acknowledged how we must be feeling. Very kind and compassionate!

First of all I was greeted with friendly reception at the front desk. I had already checked in online so I was already in computer. That was Great. I sat in the waiting room for no longer than 10 minutes. I was so glad about that. Taken right away. Nurse had me in office and weighed me and ask a few questions. Friendly and courteous.
The doctor then came in I was a little nervous since he was a new doctor for me. He was great. He had great bedside manner. I became relaxed right away. I have already recommended him to a friend.
Dr Chu seems very knowledgable in his practice and I am so pleased I went to Dr. Chu. and I Highly recommend Dr. Chu

He didn't even introduce himself or look me in the face when he walked in. He didn't address any of my concerns and kept asking me what I was doing about my issues which was the reason I was there in the first place. He kept pushing birth control on me after I told him my husband and I were going to try for another baby. The icing on the cake was when he asked me what my C-section scar was and where I got it from. I left with no answers and very upset. He spent about 7 minutes in the room with me after I waited for almost an hour.
