Dr Tisdall was understanding, knowledgeable and truly cares about patient long term health and pain management. Staff was kind and office was clean. If you are looking for a dr who has your long-term health care in mind then book an appointment!! Experience was a refreshing change of pace. Highly recommend him.

Dr Tisdall and his PA were both friendly, approachable and addressed my issues. Dr Tisdall showed concern and I'm interested in trying some of his different approaches to treating my pain that I have never been told about before. He also took the time to explain these procedures. I left his office very hopeful for at least some degree of success. I'm anxious to getting started. 4-8-15

Dr. Tisdall earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. He pursued postgraduate training at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where he completed a residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in pain management with a focus on interventional spinal pain management. During his training, he held several leadership positions, including serving as Chief Fellow and as President of the Resident Component of the Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists.
When not providing individualized pain management therapy to his patients, William Alec Tisdall, MD, supports several charitable causes, such as the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series and the San Antonio Food Bank. A fitness enthusiast, he can also be found running and snowboarding during his leisure time.

He listened to me about what I was concerned about. I was not in the greatest mood, and apologize for my actions. I truly like seeing him personally when I'm still having issues with my pain and procedures that can be scheduled soon.
