I use a holistic approach to help patients elevate their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I use an evidence-based practice to deliver care to patients of all ages, and prioritize delivering care in an open, inclusive, and welcoming environment. I'm a native Spanish speaker and a big proponent of approaching wellness in a natural way, and I enjoy practicing an "80/20" lifestyle: 80% of the time I prioritize eating a well-balanced diet, exercising regularly, and meditating. I believe in incorporating different types of fitness to promote longevity and decrease risk of injury. What makes me the happiest is spending time with my beautiful family and exploring what Austin has to offer.
