About Dr. William Crevier
The Center for Primary Healthcare is a private medical practice, comprised of a team of seasoned healthcare professionals. As a practice, we have enjoyed caring for both young and old for over two decades. William Crevier, MD, our medical director and physician, is board certified in two specialties within primary care: adult internal medicine and pediatrics. Dr. Crevier earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago and completed residencies in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center. Suzanne Deese, MSN, APRN, CNP, a nurse practitioner, has been practicing with Dr. Crevier since 2018, and Eva Blachowicz, ANP, joined the practice in 2011. We offer a complete span of medical services for individuals and families at our beautiful health facility located in Orland Park, Illinois. Each person on our staff is fully committed to providing the very best medical care to every one of our patients, and our team strives to deliver patient-centered service in which each person is valued, cared for, and listened to. All of our providers follow the best practice guidelines for preventive care for all ages, and we tailor patients' care to their unique situation, addressing specific medical conditions within the context of a larger plan of care that includes nutrition and exercise. He we nice. He asked how I was. I told him all the symptoms I was having. He asked me several questions and examined me. He then went over the regular meds I take daily. Then he went over the meds he was prescribing me for my illness and told me to come back if I wasn't feeling any better .

Well, I went there cause my primary doctor passed away a few weeks ago maybe a little longer than that. So I went there to get medicine refilled and I thought I showed him what medicine I was on brought my medical records and told him that I did not need all of the medicine I just need one and it was a pain pill for my back which I had surgery on and I brought the MRI there was no reason for them not to give it to me. But they got their money from me and now I will live in pain until I can find a Doctor Who cares

Even though we had to wait awhile like some other people stated, it was well worth the wait! He was very good and spent a lot of time with us which is what he does with all his patients. We finally found our primary doctor.....we're staying! Oh and by the way, the staff was awesome.
