When I get to the office (early)...I had to fill out the same paperwork that I had already filled out on ZocDoc...afterwards, the wait time took almost another hour and a half...but once I got waited on, it wasn't too bad, barring the computer issues....they told me to come back, but I'm not sure about that... the area around the office is questionable to say the least...after the visit, and to my surprise, my car got broken into at the parking garage I kept my car at...the Cameron Parking Garage to be exact ...so to sum up...kind of a long wait, nice staff...but an iffy neighborhood...and if you drive, bring your long wallet because everywhere you try to park, you will have to pay through the nose.... and park at your own risk...and don't leave your belongings lying in the car exposed.

I was the last appointment of the day. The girls at the reception seemed very confused about every little thing. I had made my appointment on zocdoc and they couldn't figure out how to check me in. They kept calling someone else for information. That's why it took long to check me in. They also couldn't answer even the smallest questions. After the appointment while I was looking at the glasses for 5 mins they literally kicked me out saying they were closed. Um, the doc and nurse were still in the back. I'm sure there was no need to rush someone out. I think they just wanted to leave themselves. The nurse/tech was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. I really liked her. She gave me a lot more helpful information than the doc himself who only came in to see me for literally 5 mins and just confirmed what she had said. He was nice but also seemed in a rush to get out.

It was a very rewarding experience at the Doc's office, and everyone was very professional and caring. Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor and communicator, he explained everything I questioned and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Gonzalez is retiring and I will be shifted over to his son and I am looking forward to that, if he anything like his father it will be another great experience.
