Advantage Mental Health Center provides general psychiatric and addiction recovery services in a confidential, comprehensive, compassionate manner. Services include adult, adolescent and child psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, counseling, and medication and counseling based outpatient addiction recovery services. Advantage Mental Health has a team of dedicated, highly-qualified physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners and mental health counselors who are committed to providing outstanding patient care.
We do not overbook our medical professionals. There is minimal wait time and patients do not feel rushed. Each new patient is seen for an hour and has ample time to convey their issues to a caring, professional provider. We offer tasteful offices and confidential, compassionate care in a private, discreet setting.
It is our office policy to treat adult ADD or ADHD with non-stimulant medication only.
You will be provided with billing statements that you may submit directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement if you wish. We will be covered as an out of network provider.
Dr. Hervey, Medical Director. Dr. Hervey is a graduate of Loyola University (BA), Georgetown University (MBA) and the University of South Florida (MD). He is board-certified in general psychiatry and served as Chief Resident Physician. He has published articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and has a waiver from the Drug Enforcement Administration to prescribe buprenorphine as a treatment for opioid addiction.
