Dr. Kizer graduated with honors from Baylor University and from medical school at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. His internship and residency were completed at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
Dr. Kizer served 11 years in the U.S. Army as an active duty urologist. He completed his service in Fort Bragg, NC where he was the Chief of Urology at Woman Army Medical Center and has served on a humanitarian surgical mission to Honduras in 2005.
