Dr. William Phillips is our senior physician, having delivered over 5,000 babies in his 30 years of medical practice. He is currently the Vice Chief of the OB/GYN department and serves as Medical Director of the Stanford Laborist Program, which ensures that a physician is always available 24/7 in Labor and Delivery.
Dr. Phillips enjoys traveling extensively. Most recently, he went on a safari in Africa with his family. He is also an avid photographer; he has documented his travels to Canada, France, and Amsterdam. Some photographs are even displayed on the clinic walls.

Dr. Phillips answers questions in a very straight forward manner. He is patient and does not use unknown terminology I don't understand. Also, I feel very comfortable visiting him in the office. His assistant Norma is awesome.
