Dr. Rubinchik is both friendly and professional, he takes time to listen and responds in an understanding, non-judgemental way. He was able to put me at ease and get me back on medication when I was in danger and very distrustful towards others or of medicine. He seemed to know just what to give me to stabilize me and make things better when so many options failed me before. He introduced medication slowly and chose things I was already comfortable with when possible. He also had specific recommendations for treatment beyond medicine for me to discuss with my therapist.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist who treats ages 15+ for all psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
I tailor treatment to the individual person as everyone is different. This means I listen to you as much as possible to fully understand you and what you are going through. Then I take a teamwork approach to treatment where I explain all treatment options in detail to you so you can choose the option that is best for you. I offer both therapy and medication management and believe that both can be useful, but I will never try to force you to take medications.
Due to COVID-19, all appointments are done over secure video conference.

Dr. Rubinchik is about the best Doctor I've seen in long time. I hope this is a sign that young DR.'s
Will be like him. New theories, new insights concerning treatments and the patient. He appears dedicated to his medical practice of healing, and being compassionate. He lives up to "Do No Harm" which, unfortunately , many Dr.'s seemed to have forgotten. On top of being knowledgeable , he is also very down to earth. I hope he helps a lot of people as he helped me in one visit. I look forward to all the help he has to offer. If you truly want help, that's a good place to start.

I had my first visit today and was very satisfied with the appointment. He has a good sense of humor. I was nervous opening up to someone other than my therapist, but he made the entire experience extremely comfortable. I look forward to working with him as I work through my depression and anxiety.
