Made an appointment for 9:40 AM. Didn’t hear from anyone at all until 11:50AM. They left me a message telling me they had questions. So, two hours late and still unprepared.

When calling to confirm my appointment (including the reason) I was told I needed to change my pcp on file even though my plan is open access. So after spending time being transferred from one department to the next I finally get someone very helpful from my insurance who had to call the office herself to let them know I didn’t need to make any changes. ( clearly they didn’t verify my insurance ) Once I get to my appointment and fill out paperwork I was called in fairly quickly (15 minutes after arrival ). I then go to get my vitals done and another employee decided to barge in after only one knock and starts talking to my nurse as if I’m not there. Finally get to the doctor and am told they provide the very thing I went there for in the first place which was TB screening. I also needed a physical but they didn’t have any form templates and said usually people bring their own. How can you provide a service and not have a form to provide for that service ? Overall 4/10
