I requested an appointment on Friday evening and they had an unusual occurrence that prolonged my wait time. While waiting though the receptionist was extremely welcoming as was the psychiatrist. I was running late and they still fit me in. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others. I was diagnosed prior to coming to them and got a much needed prescription the same day.

Dr. Braz was thorough in my consultation. She asked the right questions to determine the right treatment. She's very insightful.

I thought she was very professional but after Learning of a traumatic event she had already moved onto the next appointment.

Dr braz is a wonderful Doctor! My mother recently passed and she couldn't have been more helpful, she's a blessing!!

it was OK she still refuses to give refills on meds. I suspect if you have Medicaid, I suspect is for financial reasons.

She helped me out with what I needed. She also was willing to work-out my bill with me as I am a private paying patient.

I look forward to my next appointment.
The waiting time has to improve.

Dr. Mamedova-Braz, is there to help any and all of her patients. She is quick, but a great listener as well.

Dr. Braz seemed to be caring and knowledgeable, but the office
administration details were lacking.

Though Yelena herself is nice, I felt the service provided was completely unprofessional.

I waited for more than three hours to be seen by the doctor, which is totally unacceptable.

Nice doctor but had to wait a while to be seen. Also, they don't accept cards. Cash only!

Dr Braz is THE WORST medical "professional" I have ever met!!! She is extremely rude, nasty and condescending!!! She gave me meds that made me so ill I wound up in the ER. Totally incompetent to practice!! The last straw was when I waited 2 hours to see her and she said she can't treat me, I haven't been to see her in a month. LIAR! She prescibed me meds during that time, so could I not have been there? And she charged Medicaid. I walked out and will never be back to that filthy, ugly, horrbly run office. The receptionist is nice and the therapist, Johanna as well, allthough she would look at me and type at the same time. The look on her face was freaky. And by the way, change the profile pic on here, Dr! It must have been taken 20 years ago!!!#

Was horrible wanted to prescribe same medicine as my internal medicine dr ... So what good was this psychiatrist besides a waste of time and money??

Worse mental health provider I've ever seen. Poor bedside manner, yelled, and even had someone interrupt to speak in Russian about another patient while I was in tears. Confidentiality is not her highest priority

Caring kind and wonderful dr! Who listens.

WHILE I was being seen by Dr. Braz, I had good experiences, however, once my insurance changed to one they do not accept, I was told I could not be seen there anymore. I offered to pay out of pocket for visits but was told that was not allowed. ?????? I have now been without a psychiatrist for 3 months.

I have to voice my opinion after seeing the reviews below, Dr Braz and her staff are wonderful, I can only guess that the reviews below are coming from patients who did not follow their medication regime, and as a result Dr braz (who is very strict with medication) did not refill the prescriptions. If your looking for a Dr who actually cares about her patients and their wellbeing than this is the office for you. I would like to thank Dr braz and this office for wonderful visit and I look forward to my next appointment.

It seemed like a place that would feed the need for total drug seekers, i even watched a drug deal take place in the waiting room and was even offered to buy pills by one of the patients. The doctor showed no care for my actual issues nor did they care to read my psychologists notes that were sent in. Noone from the doctor to the perscription specialist seemed to know what they were doing. I would never step foot in that filthy unprofessional office again and would not reccomend it to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH. Its purely a drug factory.

She was late to the appointment I scheduled and even though I wa the first person to be seen, she took a few people who arrived later than me as there was no check-in time column on the check-in list. Both her and the psychotherapist there are chronically late to appointments and I would plan ahead to clear your schedule for at least 3 hours to be on the safe side.
Unfortunately the psychiatrist is the only one in my area who accepts Medicaid so it leaves a lot of people in my situation with no choice but to grin and bear the disorganized office.
Everyone here is speaking Russian constantly and the atmosphere is chaotic.
Also beware of some of the seemingly homeless people that also don't have a choice but to also go to this office as well since they're presumably on Medicaid as well. They can be loud and obviously suffer from mental disorders. I bring headphones religiously.
The psychiatrist has a thick Russian accent and can come across as yelling, but I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it's a cultural thing?
The psychotherapist is refreshing just in comparison to the psychiatrist (under normal circumstances she's probably mediocre) and while it's too early to tell, she seems like a decent psychotherapist.
Overall, I would never go to this office given the choice but unfortunately there is none.

I waited for 2 hours to see the psychiatrist after telling the receptionist that I had a 5pm appointment and it was 7pm. Nice psychiatrist but the wait time isn't worth it.

This poeple treat Mental Health as a "pigs factory" The woman is very disrespectful and don't take any time for her "patients". Thats a ripoff, this people are stealing form Medicaid

She serves a purpose, but the wait time is ridiculous.
She did help get my medications balanced out and had knowledge previous doctors did not.

The gps led me to the wrong place so I was already really stressed out and anxious, and I really really didn't like the office which just made me really uncomfortable and stressed me out even more. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, the doctor wasn't bad but also was a little dismissive. I am a bit of a hypochondriac so I guess it's to be expected but it still was not an effective way to handle my worries and it just made me not trust her. From what I saw of the other offices in this building I am so relieved that I had an appointment with Dr. Mamedova because the others seemed awful, but I was really anxious and uncomfortable and it did not abate until I left the office and almost cried. I'm an anxious person and this just didn't work out for me

I went to get therapy for an issue that I struggled to speak about for years. I told her things I hadn't told anyone else and she immediately tried to put me on antidepressants even when I told her I did absolutely not want to be put on daily medication. The other script she gave me, beta blockers, caused me to gain about 30 pounds in the next couple of months. I felt extremely awkward the entire time, horrible bedside manner, I felt judged and left feeling worse than when I came in.
